On the Growth plan

Measuring the gap is useful. Closing it is the job.

Every plan builds your review signal, and the AI Visibility plans show you where you stand. Growth is where we work the other two levers for you: your Google Business Profile, and the content that gives an assistant something worth recommending.

What we actually do every month

No retainer vagueness. Here is the work, and roughly when it happens.

Your profile, properly finished

Categories corrected, every service and attribute filled in, hours kept current, photos added, questions seeded and answered. Front-loaded in month one, then maintained. Most profiles we inherit are about half complete.

Eight articles, written and published

Briefed against the questions people in your market actually ask, the themes coming out of your own reviews, and the gaps your competitors have left. Written for a reader first and structured so an assistant can lift a clean answer out of them.

Consistency work across the web

Your name, address, phone and hours agreeing everywhere they appear. Unglamorous and important: business details are only about two thirds accurate across the major assistants, and every contradiction makes a model less confident about you.

Why the articles are written differently

Traditional SEO writing is built to win a position in a list of ten links. It can afford a slow introduction, because the reader has already clicked. An assistant is not committed. It reads, extracts, and answers.

So the craft changes. The answer goes at the top rather than after four paragraphs of throat-clearing. A question in a heading is followed immediately by its answer. Specifics beat adjectives, because a model can quote a price range or a timeline, and can do nothing useful with the word “premium”.

None of this makes it worse to read. Most of it makes it better.

The website build, if you need it

Publishing articles to a site that an assistant cannot read properly is pouring effort into a bucket with a hole in it. If your site is the bottleneck, we will tell you plainly rather than take the monthly fee and hope.

An AI-optimised build is available as a one-time add-on at $500. Clean structure, proper local business markup, fast, and organised so both people and machines can find the answer. It is billed and delivered separately from your monthly plan, which also means it sits outside the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Why this plan is capped

Eight published articles a month plus a full profile build-out is real work with a real ceiling. We would rather limit how many businesses we take on than quietly do a thinner job for everyone.

If Growth is full when you ask, we will say so on the call rather than after you have paid. The Visibility plan is always available, and it comes with the same ranked fix list, just without us doing the fixing.

What to expect, and when

Week 1

Baseline and audit

Your visibility baseline, so every claim after this is measured against a number you saw first. Profile audit and the first round of corrections. Review requests already running.

Month 1

Foundation finished

Profile build-out complete. First articles briefed and published.

Months 2 to 3

The needle starts moving

Publishing cadence settled. Map placement usually starts shifting. Review signal visibly deeper.

Month 4 and beyond

Compounding

Content stacking up, and your name beginning to appear in AI answers for the questions we targeted first.

Timelines move with your customer volume and how competitive your market is. A busy salon builds review signal faster than a seasonal roofer, and we will size that honestly on the first call rather than quoting you the best case.

An honest note

We cannot guarantee an assistant will recommend you, and neither can anyone else. Answers move around, vary by phrasing, and change without warning. If an agency guarantees you placement, that is worth knowing about them.

What we will do is the work these systems draw on, with the number shown before we start and every month after, and an honest answer if we think your money is better spent elsewhere. That has happened, and it will happen again.

Owners ask us

What does AEO actually mean?

Answer Engine Optimisation. Traditional SEO tries to rank a page in a list of links. AEO writes for a system that reads pages and produces an answer, which means leading with the answer, structuring content so a machine can lift it cleanly, and covering the specific questions people in your area actually ask. Same craft, different reader.

Who writes the articles?

We do, with AI assistance and human editing on every piece. Nothing gets published that we have not read. Each article is briefed against real questions from your market, your reviews and your competitors, so it is about your trade in your town rather than generic filler with your name dropped in.

Do I have to approve everything?

Only if you want to. The default is that we publish on a schedule and you see it in your monthly report. Plenty of owners prefer that. If you would rather sign off on every piece, say so at setup and we will run it that way instead.

What if I do not have a website worth publishing to?

Then publishing articles is the wrong first move, and we will say so. The AI-optimised website build is available as a one-time add-on at $500. It is billed and delivered separately from your monthly plan, which also means it sits outside the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Why is this plan limited?

Because eight published articles a month plus a full profile build-out is real work, and we would rather cap the number of clients than quietly do a worse job for all of them. If Growth is full at the moment, we will tell you, and the Visibility plan is available immediately.

How long before this shows up in AI answers?

Profile work can register within weeks. Published content compounds over months. AI recommendations are the slowest of the three to shift, because assistants take time to pick up and trust changes. If someone quotes you a fortnight, they are guessing.
