What exactly is in the report?

Your rating and review count trend, every new review and the reply we posted, your neighborhood ranking map with movement since your last report, your competitor comparison, and the AI insights summary. Two minutes to read, forwardable to a business partner.

How does the ranking map work?

We check your Google ranking for your key search terms from a grid of points around your location, as if searching from each spot in the neighborhood, and plot the results on a map. Rerun regularly, so you can watch coverage spread as your reviews grow.

Do I need to log into anything?

No. The report card comes to your email, and alerts come by text or email as things happen. A full dashboard exists behind it all, and some owners enjoy poking around, but plenty of our happiest customers have never logged in once.

Map rank and AI recommendation are not the same race
