These terms govern your use of VouchTrack's services and website. By subscribing to VouchTrack, you agree to them. We've written them to be readable — the same way we publish our pricing.
VouchTrack is a done-for-you review collection and reputation management service. Depending on your plan, this includes sending review requests to your customers by text, email, and QR code; monitoring reviews across supported sites; drafting and posting responses to reviews (drafted by AI, approved by a human); website review widgets; reporting; and related features described on our pricing page.
You agree to: (a) provide accurate business and contact information; (b) only submit customer contact details you are lawfully permitted to use, collected with any consent required for us to contact those customers on your behalf by text or email; (c) grant us the access needed to operate the service (for example, to your Google Business Profile); and (d) use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the customer information you provide.
We do not write, buy, or post fake reviews. We do not selectively suppress legitimate negative reviews ("review gating") in violation of platform policies. All review requests and responses are designed to comply with Google's review policies and applicable messaging regulations.
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance at the prices published on our pricing page. Message add-ons (extra texts and emails) are always billed monthly, and you can raise or lower them at any time. The rate you join at is the rate you keep for as long as your subscription remains active. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are handled by our payment provider.
If you don't want to keep VouchTrack — for any reason — email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. This applies to monthly and annual plans alike. The guarantee applies once per business, to your first subscription.
There are no contracts. You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@vouchtrack.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again. We can also part ways with you (with notice and a pro-rated refund of any prepaid unused period) if the service is misused or these terms are violated.
We are confident in the service — that's why the guarantee exists — but review counts, star ratings, search rankings, and AI-assistant recommendations are controlled by third-party platforms and by your customers, not by us. Any figures on our website (including calculator estimates) are illustrative estimates, not promises. We do not guarantee any specific rating, ranking, review volume, or revenue outcome.
We retain ownership of the VouchTrack service, software, and materials. You retain ownership of your business's content and data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf (for example, posting approved responses from your profile).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VouchTrack's total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or reputational harm caused by third-party reviews or platform decisions.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from customer data you provided without the required consent, or from your violation of these terms or applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. If you'd rather talk than litigate, so would we — email us first and we'll almost certainly sort it out.
If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and notify active clients by email before the changes apply to them.
