On Do It Yourself we set everything up for you on one onboarding call, free, then you run it day to day: approving AI-drafted replies, reading the reports, acting on the fix list. On Done For You we run all of it: every review answered for you, your Google Business Profile built out, articles published every month, and a weekly report. Ten minutes a week? DIY is plenty. Rather never think about it? That is what Done For You is for.

Choose annual billing and every plan costs less per month: Starter $19, Standard $59, Pro $79, Launch $249, Growth $399, billed once per year. It is entirely optional, monthly is the default and always will be, and the 30-day money-back guarantee applies to annual plans in full.

If you do not want to keep VouchTrack, for any reason at all, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. That applies to monthly and annual plans alike. The optional one-time website build is billed and delivered separately and sits outside this guarantee.

A website designed to be read and quoted by both search engines and AI assistants: structure, copy and technical setup all handled for you. It is a one-time $499 build, available with the Done For You plans or on its own from the Credits and one-time tab. Hosting is $29/month, included at no charge while you are on a Done For You plan.

Each review request we send on your behalf counts as one message. A typical customer receives one text or one email after their visit, plus at most one gentle reminder. If you serve 200 customers a month you will use roughly 200 to 400 messages, comfortably inside every plan's allowance.

Every plan includes a monthly allowance of messages. If your volume is higher, slide to add more: extra texts are $2.50 per 100 and extra emails are $2.50 per 1,000. Add-ons are always billed monthly, even on annual plans, so you can raise or lower them whenever your volume changes.

$49/month per additional location on any Do It Yourself plan, or $199/month per additional location on the Done For You plans, where we run the full service for every location. Each location gets the same features as your base plan, its own review inbox and its own tracking, billed on the same cycle as your plan. For larger multi-location groups, Enterprise pricing usually works out better: book a call and we will quote it.

Because Google Business Profile build-outs and published articles every month are real work, and we would rather cap the number of clients than quietly do a worse job for all of them. If Done For You is full we will tell you, and the Pro plan with its ranked fix list is available immediately.
